This session aims to provide the participants with the opportunity to share and discuss how they are implementing the new Physics 12 curricular competencies in their classes. It will be ideal if each participant brings a sample lesson, lab or assessment with a focus on curricular competencies. - sample lessons, labs, assessments (from participants) lined-up with curricular competencies. -ideas from participants on possible ways to link curricular competencies with content. -opportunity to network with other participants. Lessons, assessments, labs, and demos with a focus on curricular competencies.
I teach Physics at Collingwood School and I am a member of the BCAPT Advisory Board. I enjoy Pro-Ds because they provide us with lots of opportunities to talk to other teachers and share resources.
